Southern Brave beat Manchester Originals by 7 wickets

That is all from this game! The action continues as Oval Invincibles will take on Northern Superchargers on the 2nd of this month at 11 pm IST (5.30 pm GMT). Join us early for the build up. Till then, goodbye and cheers!
Craig Overton wins the Player of the Match award. He says it was a great win, they enjoy playing here. Adds it was two paces and their bowlers did well. Mentions they need to win the home games and that will be important.
Manchester Originals looked well off the colour. They were outsmarted and outplayed in all three departments. First, with the bat they lacked intent throughout the innings and later with the ball were off the radar. A really bad day at the office for Manchester Originals. They clearly need a couple of changes now as they have already lost three games in a row.
A comfortable win for Southern Brave but honestly the victory was set up by their bowlers. The opening spell from Akeal Hosein and Craig Overton set the tone for the rest to follow. Even in the field Southern Brave were too good and showed how badly they wanted to get back to winning ways. Craig Overton ended with two and so did Mills and Jordon. With the bat, Davies gave them a blistering start. He fell but others played their part to chase down an easy total.
