...Presentation coming up...
Earlier, Sri Lanka Legends showed their aggressive nature as they started with a bang. The likes of Sanath Jayasuriya and Tillakaratne Dilshan made a huge impact to help their team end above 200 runs. Bangladesh Legends were too causal with the ball and later with the bat. Not good enough to win against an invincible side.
Sri Lanka Legends had many runs to play with! They did well to keep Bangladesh on the back foot in the start and they kept on taking wickets at regular intervals. The Lankan bowlers gave away runs in the fag end but the game was closed way before that. A perfect win for Sri Lanka Legends as they head to the semi-final now. Sri Lanka Legends will end the group stage on top of the table.
Bangladesh Legends scored the bulk of their runs in the back end but they could have made more of this game if they showed the same kind of aggression from the start. The top order was just too casual with the start. It was very slow and apart from Tushar Imran's fifty, there wasn't much to take from this game. A better start with the bat and better bowling along with fielding could have helped Bangladesh but rather it was a one-sided affair.
