...Presentation next...
Lahore Qalandars looked 10-15 runs short. Not just their bowling but they were too ordinary on the field too. The dropped catches cost them dearly. Lahore Qalandars have now failed to defend a huge score in consecutive games. Despite having big names like Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf, it is not happening for them with the ball. With the bat, Sahibzada Farhan scored a fine fifty but Jahandad Khan's quick cameo late in the innings helped them to a par score but was not enough to win.
A really wonderful performance by Quetta Gladiators and they make it two in two this season. Quetta Gladiators had the game in control right from the first ball as Jason Roy and Saud Shakeel gave a blistering start. They were 50 up in no time and were in a commanding position. Despite losing both in quick succession, Quetta Gladiators kept the intent going. A couple of players made small cameos but Khawaja Nafay was the man of the hour. He played with authority and diligently. Just 22 years of again, Khawaja Nafay showed great character to take his team home single-handedly.
